Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the agency’s customer base.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency’s market share.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Industry Awareness and Networking:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand our presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant role within the creative industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and creative services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve business challenges.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
