Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and design execution of branding projects.
Create brand identities, visual systems, and design guidelines.
Supervise and mentor mid/junior designers to maintain quality standards.
Work closely with strategists to translate brand positioning into design.
Oversee design deliverables across digital, print, and spatial touchpoints.

Requirements

4–5 years of professional design experience in branding/creative agencies.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and design systems.
A portfolio demonstrating brand identity and application projects.
Leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
